This was our family's first time staying at the Dells. Our room was upgraded to a Presidential Suite and made our stay out of this world. It was clean, updated, spacious, and welcoming. We had everything we needed in the room.
The staff was welcoming and took care of any questions or needs that arised.
We loved the easy access to restaurants, pools, and all of the other entertainment.
This trip will forever be a core memory for our family. As our first visit to the Dells ot set a VERY HIGH bar.
And we left it just as nice as we found it. We hope to snag that room again because it was truly amazing!!!

Condo was very clean. Kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook and eat. Very accessible to the waterpark via the indoor walkway. Would stay there again!

The staff were friendly, helpful and awesome! There’s was an abundance of family friendly activities including 3 different indoor water parks that our 4 and 1 year old loved. Our room set up was perfect for a traveling family, only downside was it wasn’t deep cleaned in awhile and you could feel that. Mattress should be replaced by now as well, it was hill and valleys. Other than needing improvement on the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways, the trip was awesome, and we’ll be back again.

Great place to stay!
Other than some cleaning issues, eggs on floor of bedroom near curtains and dirty dishes in cupboard, we had a great time. The space was comfortable. It was a long walk to the water parks but not completely undoable.

There was hair in both bathrooms, dirty wash cloth left behind, sticky gunk on the kitchen countertop and dining table, crumbs on the carpet, dirty dishes in cabinets. After calling we were informed someone would be right there. A housekeeping manager did show up about 20 minutes later and said it would be cleaned. We left for the water park for 3 hours and upon return nothing was done. Very disappointed! We had to clean the bathroom and kitchen ourself. It's a decent size suite and was nice but for what you pay it should it be clean.

Will stay here every time!
No need to drive anywhere because they have everything there! Our deluxe room was amazing and spotless! Kids had an amazing time!
