Outstanding views of Marco Island Beach. Fantastic living area and balcony areas. My Wife and I enjoyed our two weeks. Walked to restaurants almost every night. Everything within the apartment worked properly. some minor age issues with peeling paint. Staff at Sea Winds is excellent dealing with an some ongoing elevator issues. In general a great for a stay. I am not a fan of doing the laundry prior to leaving. Very unusual in in our Vrbo experience.

My family and i had a great stay right before Christmas. Pool was great and being able to walk right out to the beach was the best. We will be back.

Second time staying on the Island, Sea Winds did not disappoint! Owners very responsive, friendly staff and beautiful grounds!
Discovered new places such as the perfect organic coffee and pastries from Wake up Marco to exceptional meals and entertainment at the Smith House in Olde Marco!

The location is beyond beautiful. Woke up every morning, blown away by the view. The pool was a favorite of my daughter. The beach was great. We collected lots of seashells and we saw dolphins a couple of times while walking the beach.The condo was big and room enough for the three of us to not be on top of one another during our stay.
Ginny (host) said she is planning a remodel and we are excited to see what it looks like after. She was very quick to respond when we had questions or if we needed anything.

This place is in a beautiful location with a great view and is very clean with lots of blankets, but needs multiple updates. The freezer was not working properly for the entirty of our week long stay, owner was contacted and responded but never got a repair man in to fix freezer. It wouldn't make any ice cubes and it kept things cold, but didn't fully freeze anything. There were minimal cooking utensils but enough to do the job. Quite a few cosmetic things such as the faucet falling apart in the kitchen, the ceiling fan missing a blade and paint peeling from the molding. Still a beautiful place to stay, but definitely need some TLC. Also, only one elevator working.

We loved our Spring Break by the beach. The location could not be better. The building is very well maintained. My kids loved the pool and the beach. We had an amazing time watching the sunset and walking at the beach at night under the stars. The condo is great and had everything we needed. Ginny was super responsive. I highly recommend it!

This was better than expected. The pictures are accurate, but they do not show this being the closest to the water of almost all other condo complexes in Marco. Turning off the AC and leaving the huge glass slider doors open, is an amazing experience. While we never cooked in the unit, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the A/C was relatively quiet so we slept well. There are a few minor cosmetic issues, so if you are the type who demands perfection, then go spend 3x or 4x and stay at a luxury place further from the beach. Our favorite thing was certainly the center cut view of the ocean and the sunsets, along with the magical sound of the constant waves. And the night sky over the darkness of the ocean, and watching many different types of birds divebombing unsuspecting fish. Of course shelling is good everywhere but the south side seemed to have a bigger variety, like horseshoe crabs and others that we did not see in middle or north side. Overall A++ experience, with the best location in Marco. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We enjoyed our stay at this property although our time there was cut short due to a family issue. We got to enjoy the pool one day and while we didn’t use the beach we did spent time on the deck enjoying the beautiful view.

Excellent condo and location! The view is spectacular. 1st timers to Marco and we will definitely be back. Only suggestion is that the couch could use an upgrade. Otherwise everything else was wonderful!

The location of Seawind is awesome !!!! Great beach, property right on beach. We knew our unit had not been remodeled yet, but were ok with that. The only bad part, was sleeping on old beds with old spring mattresses. Other than that great.

Great location, perfect beach, pool was good, view amazing, plenty of stuff to do, everglades, 10,000 islands, Naples is close, zoo + botanical gardens, the apartment has everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, toys, body boards, towels) in good condition as well as to cook, sleep and be overall comfortable.
Some potential improvements:
The beds are creaky, the sofa is better than expected, it's missing a beach cart to help pull stuff on the beach, the washer is noisy, and checkout is 10am could be 11 because you should wash/dry sheets/ towels.
Otherwise we would highly recommend it!

Great view and amazing condo
We loved our stay in this condo. Having breakfast and dinner with this view was amazing! The condo was clean, very spacious size, the manager was helpful and always texted us right away when we have some questions! The condo was stacked well and have everything for perfect stay, they have a lot of beach staff for guests to use. It would be good if they add and a beach cart to beach amenities, that will make everyone stay with kids much more easy!

We had a wonderful time in Marco. The condo is exactly as pictured and described. A beautiful corner unit with views of the sunsets. So many activities available while you are there. We chose to go on a fishing charter, kayak through the mangrove tunnels, hike in the sanctuaries and relax on the beach. The condo was fully stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, laundry and kitchen essentials. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful vacation. The property is well located. We loved everything about Marco Island and the view from the balcony is simply amazing.
