Our stay was lovely. They had the house decorated for Christmas which made our family exchange time even better. We lived being on the shoreline so we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time.

Unlocking door was difficult.
Water was not useable due to smell.
No garbage bags found
Had to purchase toilet paper & paper towels.

We had a nice little getaway. The house was clean. A little small on the main level for our crew. Not enough seating. The house itself is very outdated. Most beds were comfortable, other than one of the beds in the master upstairs, bar in middle is uncomfortable to sleep in. Great location, walk to beach and close to restaurants. House manager was very accommodating, and would stay again if with a lighter crew.

The house worked for us. I loved the view of the ocean.
We were however disappointed about the downstairs. The chairs were missing or turned over. We had promised the children scores. We managed a few (was windy) but could not sit around the fire pit.

This cottage was just a few steps from the beach. We were also able to drive onto the beach which made it easy to take chairs, umbrellas, etc. There's a ramp in addition to the stairs so it's easy to get luggage up and down. The only negative was that the bathrooms are very small, but beach life doesn't require much makeup or hair styling so it worked. We would definitely stay here again.

The description of the property location and amenities was very accurate and it was a beautiful place to stay!! Now that being said...we did have 2 issues we noticed. On our first night, we noticed the front right burner on the stove didn't work (but we weren't there to cook!) LOL We also didn't notice our 1st night, that the hot water was not really hot...but a good temperature for showers! However, while cleaning the kitchen the next morning, we realized the hot water was not really "that hot". After my husband checked...the breaker just needed to be thrown....then it was all good! Cleanliness wise the place was great. The only thing that made me question the depth of cleaning was that while looking for one of our two 2-year-old toys under a couch, I found a pair of men's boxer shorts that didn't belong to the 2 adult men with us! The house is great...we would definitely stay there again!

Nice little house on the beach, great location! My suggestions to the owners would be: Put a King size bed in the master bedroom downstairs (as advertised on the website) and really do a Deep cleaning! It's an older house with older issues but overall it was fine for our three days there.

You are paying for the view
This rental has a great view and is worth the price for that alone. That said, the rest is not that great.
There are doors in the house that do not stay closed. Anytime someone goes up or down the stairs the whole house shakes and rattles. The cleaning crew does not do a very good job. We found cheese puffs in the sofa and other spots around that it seems they skipped over.
The mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and you can feel the springs when you lay down on it. The toilet in the master bathroom had a loose connection to the floor and felt like it may tip over.
If you stay here, remember, you are there for the view and don't expect much else.

Great House and View!!!
Great House right on the Beach with Amazing Views. My wife and I went with another couple and couldn't have been happier. Cold A/C and Clean house with plenty of sleeping space. Don't quite understand other negative reviews but we had no problems. Will be going back as soon as we can!!!

Water damage was apparent; warped flooring; bad outlets; big black tarp nailed to the upstairs balcony which was apparently placed to keep water from getting in; didn’t get full use of property as the balcony didn’t look structurally sound and the tarp covered the balcony and up the entire front of property; the entire house would shake and sway when people walked or the wind blew. The a/c vent in living room dripped water on couch and floor. Housekeeping prior to our arrival was not done very thoroughly; dirty floors upon arrival and dirty dishes were put away in cabinets. It was a horrible property and not worth the expense.

Falsely advertised, extremely dated accommodations are worn out: doors don’t close right, you can feel the springs on matters, pillows are dirty and had no covers on first floor room but the worse is the moldy smell. :(

Needs Work
The house is in need of maintenance and updating. Be prepared to supply a lot of your own items such as laundry soap, cooking utensils, pans, etc. because they are either not available or so rusted and not able to use. Roof leaked in living room during rain. For 13 people, very limited towels. Lamps don’t work, ceiling fan loose in master bedroom.

The house was overall clean but doesnt seem like the maintenance has been kept up. The AC leaked on the couch if it was turned down lower than 73 and the air vents wouldnt stay open. Made for hot nights upstairs.
