The condo is in an excellent to downtown. We left our truck parked the entire time we were in Gatlinburg and walked everywhere! The first full day there we couldn’t figure out how to use the stove top. The host had a maintenance man there within a few hours to look at. Turns out that someone unplugged everything to the stove top. The last morning we were there, we woke up with no heat. This was at no fault of the owner. We turned on the electric fire place and it warmed up enough for us to take showers. Overall, I would recommend this place and we would stay again!

Condo was nicely updated, comfy bed, great location!! We had a wonderful “kid free” trip and will definitely recommend!

This condo was just what my husband and I needed for a little getaway.The unit is so quaint and cozy,not to mention very convenient and very clean. It has everything you needed and walking distance to the strip. Bed was super nice haven’t slept that good in a long time.Becky was so wonderful and very quick on responding to any of my questions,check in was super easy.We are already planning another trip and will be booking here again.

We’ve stayed at Oak Square many times over the years. This unit is by far the best. Cleaner than the others. It has everything you need including oven and dishwasher. The bed is Super comfortable and furniture nice. You park your car and walk everywhere. The owner is extremely helpful and returns your messages quickly. Check in is a snap.

Overall a 5 star with only one negative. The bedroom definitely needs room darkening curtains. Bright lights from the parking lot makes it difficult to sleep.

Condo was just the right size for two people. We basically used it as a base and we’re always out and about.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was perfectly located and a 1 block walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Saved us from having to pay for parking which can be pricey. Unit is small, but clean and cute, and as well appointed as it could be. Internet was spotty, but thats every where in Gatlinburg. Very limited TV stations, I would bring a firestick next time and hope for the best with the internet. Bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Owner was extremely responsive to questions when we got there. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. The street was a bit busy, and a bit loud on the balcony, but no noise inside the unit at all. We would definately stay here again.

Loved it. The check in process was a breeze, property owner was friendly and answered all questions. My kids ages 3 and 7 loved the indoor pool. Easy walk to everything. Already planning for our next trip.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the condo. It was right around the corner from the main strip. We walked to restaurants every night. Ober mountain was right across the street. The condo was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool.

This is a beautiful and spotless condo!! Perfect for a family of three like us or I would recommend it for a young couple with small children too. The unit is very very clean and take it from me as I’m (a clean freak)😅
Is close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, you park the car and walk everywhere you want to go on the strip!! The building itself is not the best looking, is an old building but the whole unit is remodeled, well maintained, nice decor and all the appliances are new!!!

This Condo is amazing from how clean it was to the location. We mostly definitely be back to stay here again. I highly recommend this place to 100%. We didn’t even have to drive anywhere once we got here it’s close to everything.

Had a small problem with a leak in the bedroom ceiling the first night but the owner was on top of things and got it resolved the next day. She kept us up to date on the issue. Great location, just a short walk to the strip.

Wasn't the nicest place from the outside. The place was a bit smaller then expected. The location was good and it was very easy checking in and out. Was a good place for our short time we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay at Oak Square! The beds were very comfortable. Our kids ages 7 and 5 shared the sleeper sofa comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with essentials to get you started. The location was exactly what we wanted to enjoy the town and be able to take a break when needed. We will definitely stay again!

Everything is just as advertised on VRBO. Super nice condo, walk to everything, great communication with management!! Really enjoyed staying here! I know there are other units listed, but would definitely recommend this one as it’s balcony has views of mountain side and convenient on the corner!!

Love the location. Cleanliness was lacking ... wrappers under couch and dirty dishes. Shower water pressure is low. Latch on front door was broke.

Water pressure in the shower is very low and the shower pan is full of water and drains slow also.
