Amazing location and excellent facilities. The view from the living room was out of a fairytale. The entire place is charming with attention to details and nice design. Very fast and easy communication via our host.

The appartement has a lovely view on the lake and features (very) spacious rooms. It is nicely furnished with everything you might need on a short stay. Also location was great, halfway from Como and Menaggio ( 25m by car ).
Free parking spot essentially means NO parking spot, you have to find one in the street down the building. It is definitely not a private parking spot in the underground lot just under the building. Additionally, the street is very narrow which seems a scary place to leave a car.

There was only street parking, but there was always something open very close to the property. The cafe that is a 2 minute walk away is really great in the mornings for coffee and croissant/cheese/meats. The view from the living room is to die for.
There were a couple small spiders (harmless, "longlegs") inside the windows behind the curtains that I did not care for. I have stayed for long periods on boats and by the water, and I know that this close to the water, there are always spiders. My husband did his best to escort them all outside. One other minor comment is about the shower. The glass doors were a little awkward to work with at first, to avoid getting water on the floor. But after the first morning, it was much easier.

The apartment location is perfect, the lake view from the living room is beautiful. Apartment is spacious and clean. Even though there was no AC, it was not needed since the wind from the lake was enough. There is a small pebble beach in front of the apartment where you can take a swim in the lake. Very tranquil and nice location for a walk.
No internet, no basic stuff in the kitchen like salt, pepper and oil
