The property was nice and bright and clean and comfortable.
The toilet in the master bathroom kept running.

this location is unbeatable and the property itself is gorgeous. double balconies, well appointed bathrooms, plenty of space- we already can’t wait to come back.
some of the bellmen can be rude

The mandatory daily add-on cost of using the beach shuttle. We never used it, but we will next trip.

Excellent place, location…everything. We enjoyed our stay
I didn’t like that on the back of the door to the room it listed room rates. I paid much more than the listed price for a penthouse…so that made me feel a little ripped off

Called multiple times to get light fixed. And was told over and over that they were going to send somebody and never did. Master bedroom and bathroom had no lights our whole stay. Had to come use our phone lights to shower.
