The location was fabulous. Close to the beach but away from the main strip of bars and restaurants but very close to walk to them all. Very convenient and for the supermarket for supplies!! The rooms was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, with lops of glasses, plates, cups although we never cooked in the room. The beds were comfortable with a choice of blankets. The room was cleaned every day except Sunday with fresh towels and sheets. Nice to have a litter o fkittens nearby too.
It was very dark when we arrived and we went up 3 sets of stairs to find our rooms - there were no external lights on. This was also the same when we came home in the evenings. it was quite difficult being upstairs and navigating dark steps. I have stayed in many Pefkos apartments and this was lovely however I feel the bathrooms do need updating, the shower was tiny and you were brushing up against the shower curtain each time we used the shower.

Cozy, nice and spacious studios with perfect location to the beach, just few steps to reach it. Internet is excellent, safety box available, easy check in and check out process. You will get really clear instruction from Christos. Comfortable bed and pillows, as well there is basic kitchen equipment. Cold, bottled water will welcome you in the fridge.
Only remarks I have is that at least studio 6, where I have been, really requires bathroom renovation. Another thing is no TV there - today this is such a normal thing to have inside rooms, and this is first time I saw it is not in place. I did not pay attention before booking as it is so regular equipment, as a solo traveller TV is useful.

La posizione
La poca pulizia. In un appartamento , al nostro arrivo non era stato svuotato il cestino sotto il lavabo, e durante la permanenza le pulizie venivano fatte senza pulire affatto.. pavimenti e bagni non puliti
