Super friendly and flexible staff, bathroom/ shower very clean
Rooms a little old style, but OK

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are many shops, restaurants and malls nearby the hotel. The train station is also nearby. Excellent facilities and one of the best hotels we stayed when we are in Seoul.

Location, service, cleanliness, facilities were very good!

Good breakfast but little bit pricey
Room was dirty. We had to ask the manager and cleaners to clean the room again because under the bed was filthy dirty. It looks like the cleaning crew never swept under the bed since the hotel was opened.
