Peace and quiet of the area. Comfortable beds. Owners were helpful.
Kitchen and utensils need updating and more lighting. Many dead bugs in the light fixture above the kitchen table. No firewood . Fire pit too big. TV not working. Wood stove not useable. Not enough hot water. No washer or drier. Key box difficult to open and close. Up stairs bathroom has a leak in the wall. Not enough toilet paper. Water leaks when using kitchen sink. I am in the rental business myself and my comments are more for the owners knowledge and not just to criticize.
