We are a family of five and the place was great. Enough space for all of us and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped so we could eat some meals there and we really enjoyed the games that were in the house as well. My only 'complaint' was that in the bedrooms there were no curtains so the sun was shining brightly in the morning. Overall, it was great and we would stay again.

Lovely villa, close to beach and Cougar Point
Easy biking to Sanctuary, Fresh Fields, and all around. Would highly recommend.

Place was clean and comfortable for my husband and I and two children (ages 16 and 19). Kitchen was pleasantly well equipped for anything needed to cook meals. Location was great and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Rental company sent a link to easily rent bikes and beach chairs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Kiawah Stay
Overall property was great. Accommodation was exactly as pictured. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms is a nice combination. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach. The ocean water was beautiful! I would recommend staying in a Kiawah Island property to any who want to enjoy a vacation in the area.

My wife, two teenagers (18 year old boys), and I stayed here for one week in April. The rental was in great shape, clean and updated throughout. It was nice to be in walking distance to the beach, but we were glad to have rented bikes to explore the island. We were able to walk to the Cougar Point Clubhouse for dinner one night which was great. The unit was quiet and it was nice to have the three bedrooms for our family. Not much of a view out the back, but it was a very nice unit and we would recommend.

My husband, 6 kids, and I absolutely loved this place! It was incredibly clean, we loved the decor, and the location was perfect. We biked all over the island from there and it was an easy walk to the beach. The only minor complaint we had was that the upstairs was a little too warm. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Our trip was amazing. The island is beautiful and quite. The only thing missing at the house were beach towels, other than that it’s a condo we would rent again.
