Very close to the beach with awesome views.

We loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation with us. It was their first time at the beach, and they loved it. The gate at the top of the stairs was perfect for letting them have some leash free time outside. Having an outdoor shower and hose for rinsing were great for keeping sand out of the place.
The place was neat and clean, and Kathy was very responsive to questions. The only negatives I had were the lack of first aid kit and fire extinguisher that were listed as provided.

Close to the beach, a few yards. Beach was clean and property had good views. House has a neat theme going on and was comfortable for my family of 5. Would definitely go again. Good wifi and a short drive to the Galveston hotspots.

Very good location on Bermuda Beach BUT several significant issues. Firstly, email with instructions was never sent until I contacted the owner 2 hours prior to arrival. Very difficult to open and close "the hurricane front door". Property was left unlocked completely prior to our arrival and key was hanging inside on a cabinet door. Another key was in a master lock box that was stuck and we could not open it. Multiple lamps don't work in the bedrooms despite changing light bulbs. Owner never answered my text about these. Fire ants around the dinner table and also on the patio furniture. No outdoor shower, just an old crooked hose. Coffee maker is broken also. No laddel to serve our soup we cooked. No grinder either for cheese. TV sound very low on MAX and can not hear the TV. Recommend to stay elsewhere for less money.

We enjoyed our stay! My kids will forever remember it as the green house and have already asked to go back. Great location to the beach, and well equipped kitchen. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Quiet beach, short drive to “town” and there’s food deliveries there! Beach house had all the amenities we needed, and multiple decks overlooking the ocean. Will be booking again next year. Surprisingly comfortable beds- we were dreading the back pain from staying somewhere new, but no issues. Even cute board games in the house!

My wife and I just returned from this property and it did not disappoint. It is perfect for a small group and the location is incredible. We were steps from the beach and spent hours just soaking in the sun. We spent the majority of our time on the comfy patio and the rooftop terrace. The communication from the host was responsive and polite. We would definitely stay again and will refer our friends. Thank you!

It was a good stay. Perfect for our 2 small dogs as the deck is completely enclosed so they can walk around. Its a second row to beach but view was good considering. Not much beach left but it was close and easy to get to..the key box and door was a little challenging to get into and the rental needed some maintenance but everything worked. We would stay again..

The house was very clean. The deck was in poor condition. The furniture was very uncomfortable in the living room and dining room. Sheets were very thin and bed cover was torn. Location was great. Beautiful view of the water and beach. Walked to the beach several times a day.

We had an amazing stay at the beach house. It was very close to the beach and we had views of the ocean. It had 4 areas to sit and listen to the waves. The decks were very nice. It was very clean which we appreciated. Also, the property manager gave us instructions, directions, etc. She made our checkin and checkout were easy.

Great Beach Getaway
My family and I travel to Galveston frequently and have stayed at various condos/houses throughout the years. This beach house has everything expected to accommodate a beach stay.
The location is nice. It’s on the West Wnd, so it’s away from the summer traffic and chaos of Galveston but close enough to DoorDash food and see local attractions.
We traveled with two adults and three kids. The house was the perfect size for us. Anymore and it would have been cramped. There’s only one shower, so be sure to plan that if you are all going out somewhere and need to bathe before heading out.
The ocean is a one minute walk away. Can’t complain about that! Overall, great stay!

Peaceful getaway steps from the beach!
My daughter chose this place to stay for her birthday trip for its uniqueness and how close it is to the beach. The property was everything and then some. It was so convenient being able to set everything up on the beach and be able to go back to the house for lunch without packing it all up just to return. Kathy was fantastic to work with, her communication and willingness to help make everything perfect was unmatched. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking all meals and property was extremely clean upon arrival. Made for a fantastic trip that my family will always remember!

The home was perfect! Clean, larger than we expected. The proximity to the beach was so great, and the multiple decks offered great views and multiple hang out spots.

An ideal location for a perfect Galveston,TX beach experience. The elevated property is excellent for families with kids. We were able to make ourselves at home when we got there. It’s walking distance to the beach with plenty of resources to cook, play, lounge, and relax.
