This place was by far the best place we have ever stayed at. From the picture, you think this could not be big enough -- trust us, it is.

The house was spotless, the kitchen very well stocked with not your normal run of the mill rental appliances and utensils. It provided two bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds - perfect for individuals - not couples. A bathroom attached to each bedroom was an additional perk. If you have a few couples with kids staying, each couple could have their bedroom, with the kids in the bunk bedrooms.

The kitchen table was perfect for meals where we could all gather at one time.

Probably the only downside we could come up with was the inability to see the ocean/bay from the house. Otherwise a 5 star rental. It is a very short walk to the beach or shopping area. Beach chairs provided and things for rainy days - lots of games (we didn't stop talking long enough to play).

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and very well built.

This house is beautiful and very well equipped. We have stayed at many homes in the Bethany Beach area over the last 15 years and this one has been the best equipped. We had all all the pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, plates, silverware, appliances needed to bake and make meals. All of the beds were comfortable and had extra blankets. The main living area was spacious and great for everyone to do different things but still be together. We heavily used the ping pong table. Our entire family had a great time!

The house has everything you could ever need on vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked and the wet bar with an ice maker came in very handy! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which saved so much time when coming back from the beach! The location is perfect! Only 2 blocks to the beach and 3 blocks to the middle of town! Can’t wait to explore more of Bethany Beach next year!!

The interior design and decorating is very classy and yet beach-like. The grille, two outside showers, hose for feet washing, and ice maker were very nice amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, there was sand on the floors, The bathrooms for the "non primary" bedrooms were not even wiped down. There was hair all over the showers and the toilets did not look clean at all. In addition, the wifi and televisions need an upgrade. The wifi was constantly going in and out and the TV in the family room upstairs didn't work half the time. Upgrading the mattresses in the non primary bedrooms wouldn't hurt either, or maybe just getting some mattress pads.
