Bromley Court Hotel London

Beautiful castle like hotel. Close to bus stops, grocery, restaurants, parks. We were able to walk or take public transportation anywhere.

I think the elevator was out of service for a few hours. Not a big deal. It was fixed promptly and the stairs were nearby.

Sockets are plenty and in the right places. USB Ports are a bonus. The mini fridge was also a bonus. Bed was comfy!

Did not order bfast when checking in but ordered later that evening for next morning. Did not like the fact i was charged extra per bfast (nearly £5 more per bfast) for not booking this at check in. Was not told when i checked in that it would go up in price if i didn't order there an̈d then when checking in. Also Definitely need some kind of unit in the bathroom and ensure hot chocolate, coffee, tea, biscuits etc topped up properly, but mainly. No hot chocolate or sugar and had to ask reception for milk!!

Comfortable bed

The bathroom was small with a tiny sink, could hardly turn around. We could only get hot water as there was something wrong with shower taps

We were there attending a friend's wedding and found the location easy enough to find. Quiet location and close to Bromley high Street (but not like it used to be years ago, once a beautiful busy area, now run down and no where near the thriving busy shopping area which used to be a joy to go and visit)

We were told that we had been upgraded to a premier room.Well if what we got was a premier room, we had another name for it. Small, cramped and over priced box room. We have stayed in Holiday Inn hotels for far less and with bigger more comfortable rooms where you can walk around without having to feel crowded. The bar staff needed training on what drinks are, as the two ladies that served me, had no clue what a white wine spritzer was. And one admitted that she didn't know how to pour a beer👀🤦 Seriously! You expect better service than that when paying £200+ to stay for one night at an alleged premier hotel.
