The fact that it was EASILY accessible from main airport terminal. It joins from level 2, with clear signage. Short covered walk, about 5-7 mins (depending on how fast you walk). We used the airport trolley, and we were welcomed to take it into our room! Awesome. So we didn't have lug anything! Room was clean, fresh scent, spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, decent table and chairs. The cool Toto toilet, seat warms up when you sit on it! No view - facing other rooms, but this wasn't a problem. We stayed for one night. Hotel has a buggy, that takes you to the closest terminal entrance point. Very polite and friendly staff. Helpful. Highly recommended for short stays without any fuss!

An amazing escape from the airport without leaving the airport! The decor is phenomenal, calming comforting!

Top location within airport - quick access.

Dirty bathroom, poor amenities selection (no face cream and other stuff), smoke smell in the room, very dry air, slow wifi, bad coffee and breakfast overall is mediocre for that kind of hotel. So-so dinner food selection. Google maps location is wrong, to get there use exit 14 at 2F. Transparent glass between toilet, shower and sink deserves a special designer award.
