Location good as located in the town centre
The pillows could have been better as they was to thin and maybe 2 extra

Great location, close to who we were visiting.
Comfy bed, friendly staff.
Bathroom quite small in the room we stayed in.
Corridor smelled of food, but they don’t serve food. Could’ve done with something to cover the odour.
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The receptionist was friendly and the communication from the hotel before our nights stay was good. We were in Gainsborough to watch an event at the King's Theatre, the hotel was a great central location and cheaper than the other chain hotels nearby.
The reception and stairs were quite dated and grubby.
