Wow! What a great place. Huge house with plenty of room for 6-9 people. The private river access is sublime, the kitchen is perfectly stocked, and manatees are right outside the door. I loved this house and will be back soon!

Gorgeous—Spacious three story home; beautiful location—- could easily accommodate two families. Everything supplied from kayaks to blow dryer—- the only negatives were—- they deligated too many cleaning duties to guest vs cleaning service— for example—trash can outside was packed upon our arrival and we had to drag it to the street—- we discovered several pages of cleaning instructions stapled to kitchen bulletin board—- telling us when and how to take trash out—- recycling bin was also full so we weren’t able to separate trash as instructed. Upon departure—- we had to strip all beds used and put linen in pile—-clean out the lint in the dryer—- open the washing machine door—-empty trash cans for all floors—- remove all trash from house (thin plastic bag burst and we had to figure that out the best we could) put temp at 78— run dish washer if we used any dishes—- etc. since guest are charged a significant cleaning fee—- it’s is unreasonable to put so many house cleaning tasks on guests—- plus there is a 10am check-out time. However— other than those annoying “housekeeping chores” we enjoyed our stay—- how could we not— it’s a slice of old Florida waterfront—some people could find the flight of stairs up to the first floor—- and the additional stairs to the game room and extra bedrooms challenging or inconvenient—- particularly when you are downstairs enjoying the outside—- and realize you left something on the top floor. Decor was fun— house is very clean.

This home's location is a gem and it has it all; however, if you have a trailer, the road is one-lane and dead ends (tricky to maneuver and you have to back out). The kitchen is fully stocked (which was important for us since we cook every meal); however, the plates were not microwavable. This was a challenge since I meal prep everything for the next day. The pingpong and card table were fun. The kayaks were a huge bonus. The grill worked great. We never used the fire pit, but we did enjoy jumping off the dock into the spring. Manatees, fish, rope swing, and fun at this spring. The beds are very firm and most of the pillows are rock hard. We did find some softer ones to use though. If you are particular, bring your own. Having the upstairs fridge and kitchenette was convenient. The 3 bedrm/3 bath set up was perfect for our family of 4. Scallops were not as plentiful as last year, but we still had a great time and brought home just enough for a ceviche appetizer. Management did take care of a few missing necessities and was responsive. The home was spotless and we would stay here again.

We fell in love with this house, canal, kayaking, and visiting the manatees that hang out just beyond the canal, even in the heat of June. The manatees swam up the canal one evening. So fun to watch! The house is beyond relaxing and fun. Sitting on one of the balconies or the deck on the canal at night felt like evenings on the Bayou, just magical. We watched flopping fish and saw a turtle. The party lights made for a fun atmosphere! Not a lot of bugs except when we kayaked at dusk. Super quiet cul-de-sac road and dead-end canal. Kayaks for 6 plus 2 kiddie kayaks, life jackets for adults and at least two children, super easy launch, lots of water floaties and plenty of pool towels. Kitchen is very well-stocked, even a cupboard of spices and popping corn & popper. Only concern is the broken locks on the bathroom doors. Lots of stairs, I had a hard time distinguishing the bottom step coming down from the game room. This home and location were just perfect!

The property was beautiful and clean and the property manager was great to communicate with and very responsive and fast. The canoe need a little care and there was no wood for fire pit but we were able to grab some from Hardware store. The water was amazing saw manatees from dock and was able to fish and lots of swimming! Our family enjoyed all the games provided we loved this gem and hope to stay again soon it was perfect for our family!!

5 adults stayed here and it was perfect suited to our wants and needs. The kitchen is very well supplied. The location is wonderful for kayaking with the provided kayaks to hang out with manatees. We did most of our own cooking, so can't comment on restaurants. Publix is about a mile away and Walmart about 3 miles. Can't wait to go back.

Everything you could want in a property! The amenities were amazing, the house is beautiful and you are right on Homosassa Spring! Just a short kayak trip (they have plenty of kayaks too) and we were surrounded by Manatees! Was an amazing stay!!

We had a blast staying here and will for sure be coming back! The weather wasn't great for us but we made the best of it and still had a blast because of the amazing amenities this house has!

The house is fully stocked with plenty of linens, a well-appointed kitchen, ping pong table, poker/bumper pool table, HUGE tv, game/movie closet, and garage room filled with water toys and lifejackets. We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed kayaking, exploring the park, swimming, and took a snorkeling tour to see the manatees. Highly recommend this clean, spacious home for families or couples.

We spent 4 nights here and enjoyed kayaking, exploring the park, swimming, and took a snorkeling tour to see the manatees. Highly recommend this clean, spacious home for families or couples.

My family and I stayed at this home for a week in October of 2021, with 2 adults and 5 kids ages 5-17. It was well equipped with almost everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, and utensil needed, plus soap and cleaning supplies. The only things we needed more of were dishwasher detergent and trash bags, both of which were supplied in limited quantities, but as a large family who cooked every meal in the house, we did run out before our stay was over. The washing machine and dryer were new and worked well, with super fast drying times which was ideal for drying bathing suits during lunch between trips out on the river. Bathrooms were spacious and clean, and there were hotel-style bars of soap and shampoo provided. Be aware that the bathrooms all have pocket doors and none of them lock. Not a huge deal, but with teenagers who NEED their privacy and younger kids who don’t always remember to knock, it did create some conflict for us. The beds were all very nice, except for the pillows, which were rock hard. We brought our own and slept very comfortably. The couches were also nice and comfy and there was plenty of seating in the common rooms and on the decks. The outdoor area was absolutely incredible. Views of the river from the decks were amazing, fire pit and dock area were beautiful and spacious. My kids loved the large paved space under the house, where they were able to ride their scooters. We saw so many frogs and lizards in the evenings! The provided kayaks and location on the river were probably the best parts of the house. There were 5 very nice kayaks, one of which was a two seater, and 5 adult and 1 youth life jacket. It was a five minute paddle in one direction to the wildlife park where we saw manatees almost every day, and a 5 minute paddle in the other direction to the head of the river, where we could tie up the kayaks in shallow, crystal clear (but cold!) water and snorkel and swim. My only small complaint is that the house’s private dock was in use by a company of some sort during our stay. Every morning they parked in front of the house and took the boats that were docked there and brought them back every evening. It wasn’t an issue except that we didn’t know in advance, so we were a bit freaked out the first day by people who didn’t identify themselves taking the boats that we assumed belonged to the house! Overall, 5/5 stars, highly recommended!

Perfect location for the springs (if you bring a boat make sure you have no ttop as the bridge is low, but that's mentioned) and getting to local restaurants and stores. Fun house with plenty to do.

House was very clean, plenty of space and great location! We had 3 family’s with 2 children and stayed for a week. Had a great time!!

We had 3 families staying together With 7 children. Kids had a great time and plenty of space. House is incredible. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We plan to build a similar one at our personal home! The property managers answered questions within minutes. Plenty of towels provided. Wish the mattresses and pillows were more comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own pillow if your pampered like us ;p. A Keurig would have been preferable to the standard Mr Coffee machine. Beside those few things, I would definitely return next time we stay in Homossassa area.
