Fantastic apartment , location couldn't be better. Large car park opposite . Just fantastic

Location was great.

The property had a dark dingy feel to it when you walked in. The landing access is shared with a dog owner who has bags of dry dog food outside and also uses the landing as his smoking area which leaves a very unpleasant smell. The flat was unclean and unkept. Although once a complaint was made, the staff sent cleaner’s. The place is very tired and worn and needs new furniture, Bath and Shower and appliances. It was extremely overcharged for what it was. Hats off to the staff though who dealt with my complaints quickly and fairly.

All seemed a bit tired and there didn’t seem a lot of good quality kitchen gear. Places in a similar price bracket are generally better fitted out. Still cobwebs throughout despite past complaints. I lost my deposit because my dog peed on the carpet and we couldn’t lift the stain. Fair enough but a place that takes dogs should have laminate to public areas instead of what appears to be old carpeting. BTW I wouldn’t have posted this if I hadn’t been nagged for a review.

Location was excellent, lots of space inside the apartment, response from the office was great when we had a problem with the boiler

TV didn’t work, we didn’t contact the office as we had our own iPad but not great. The apartment was generally clean but certain elements were not. There was a lot of dust which I wouldn’t expect especially with a professional cleaning company and recent covid cleanliness standards. There was a random box of toys left which initially we thought was great but again these were filthy, broken and mismatched. For the cost of the property I would expect either a proper toy box or would rather nothing at all. The mattress in the king size room was very comfortable but when we stripped the beds on departure discovered that one side was completely ripped, again not satisfactory for the expectation of property promised.

Location was good only a short distance to shops and beach .

Poor cleaning standards , all rooms had large cobwebs hanging from ceiling , radiators requiring clean and paint as well as hall area . The mattress has a top cover on but underneath was all burst with stuffing hanging out , this was well past its renewable date . The shower area requires maintenance and repair with a large bolt being used for a handle .

great location for walking to local high street and beach. large carpark opposite property which we were able to park in 24/7, however, different rules apply dependant on the time of year.

small dining area in hallway. adequate for 2 people but would be a squeeze for more. very cold on arrival. no washing up liquid or bin bags left which would normally expect in self catering accommodation.
