Location was great, our room bigger than expected
Nothing

the location was great, parking convenient but tight and an extra charge that we didn't know until after booking. the staff were always friendly. cleaning products in the unit are very helpful and well thought about.
there is only one lift for the whole building so prepare to use the stairs! the room was very snug, the balcony was very squashy (I think we did have the smallest one though), very little in the way of soundproofing. we were given one teabag and one sachet of coffee when we arrived. you have to empty your bin at the end of the stay and if you want clean linen or towels you have to pay extra - so it felt like hotel prices for no service

Staff very friendly and helpful
Apartment and balcony with quiet outlook very nice.
Solarium really nice and wonderful views. Might have been bitten by flying insects at night?
Breakfasts were good although the odd item missing was quickly replaced
Nothing really
Lift was a bit slow coming sometimes

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient.
We were on the first floor over the main boulevard. The windows do not filter the noise … very difficult to sleep at night. This was especially a shame as the hotel was not full and we could have been given a garden view. On our second night, we had to temporarily evacuate our bedroom because the fire alarm went off…
