Location was great with a direct view of Tampa Bay across from St. Petersburg. A private beach within 2 minute walk. Restaurants/Bars onsite. Very close to pool but we didn't use it. Close enough to travel to numerous Florida locations. Cute room/decor. Owner was very responsive to messages. Location had some fantastic restaurants nearby also...like Circles in Apollo Beach and Fish place on corner of 41.
Tv remote was not user friendly for a smart tv.

We loved the location and amenities on the site. The property owner provided a great stay. The room had everything we need, and more. The room was very clean. We loved the shower. The restaurants around the location are great. The beds also provided a great night's sleep.
Not much to say here. Nothing to do particularly about the property. The one thing that we didn't like, is that the vending machine on site has out dated soda in it. And the fact if you don't have cash to pay for it, you have to upload money to a app, in order to get food or drinks from the machine.

I loved everything! It was super clean! The place had everything I needed for my stay, It even had things I didn't know I was going to need. Can we talk about the views?!?!?! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! ❤️ That sunset!!!! ❤️

I liked the view from the room, the room was clean and well stocked of amenities. Beds were comfortable, and AC was nice. Area was also nice and not too much traffic.
The guard at night was a bit of a pain to convince I had the right to enter and stay.
The room was awkward to find as no formal names were on the building, and to the security guards surprise it was called something different in the Booking listing compared to Google Maps.
Upstairs guests footsteps and opening\closing of the balcony door were annoying. Even with the AC fan on all night to drown the sound out, it wasn't quite enough. Not the hotel's fault though, these people were just very loud
Curtain\blinds are Velcro'd to the hangers and were hard to sit right to block light coming into the window(s)

Only good things about this property was the host and room . The host was great we had some problems but he took care of them ASAP was all ways there when we needed him A GREAT GUY ! The room was nice and clean the beds were very comfortable a very nice room.
The problems were that we thought we were booking a beach front room it states that you all just steps away from beach THIS is not true you have to drive about 6 blocks to get to the beach and then when you get there the beach is dirty and small and unkept . Felt like we were swimming in a river it smelled and After we got out we had to immediately go back to room and take a shower ! Laundry by are room had washing machines and dryers taken out we were told that they would be replaced in a bout 2 weeks a lot of good that would do us . Every time we went to do something in Little Harbor there was a problem. Had to drive about 45 miles to get to a decent beach and with the price of gas and parking or beach time was cut very short and that was the whole reason we went on this vacation . Very disappointing Spent a lot of money that took us a long time to save and drove 1200 miles just to be DISAPPOINTED!! IF you want a BEACH FRONT ROOM THIS IS NOT IT !!!
