Cleanliness and comfort
Parking. Later in the evening it’s very hard to find free street parking.

Everything, the easiness of check in, the easy to follow instructions, & easy to contact host.
Nothing it was great!

Loved it - very clean and spacious. The room was decorated gorgeously. Beds were comfy with super quality bedding. The spa bath was great with a nice soaking tub and huge shower.
The neighborhood seems to be on the upturn. A sweet little neighborhood park near the property and a lot of the homes have been updated. The neighborhood you go through getting to the property was a bit worrisome but once there, we walked around to get coffee, which was a quick 4 minute walk, and didn’t feel anything but safe - kind, friendly neighbors.
