Host communicated well and the property was perfect for our family stay.
The outdoor area was fantastic.
We did indulge in breakfast at the poolside cafe which we could not fault and also the Thai restauarnt which is also by the pool in which the food was amazing.
Transport was super easy and within metres from the hotel, no car needed.

The resort was gorgeous. The apartment was clean and she was able to leave us a cot and a high chair. Also loved the heated pool!
There was a broken toilet seat when we arrived. But otherwise no issues at all.

The location and facilities at the resort were good. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
I had bad cable signal in the bedroom TV on most channels and my Wifi wasn't working for 3 days but my host was able to get a technician in to fix the moderm which was good in the end.
