The staff were extremely helpful.
Rooms were very quiet.
It was a bit difficult to find.
The lighting in the room was too dim.
The carpet was worn and stained.

Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Loved the reception area, bar and breakfast area. Curtains blocked the light out well in room and bed was comfortable.
Shower was difficult to operate and sink tap a bit old.

The location, breakfast, and overall comfort of the room were very good. My room - double superior - was quiet and spacious for one person.
My room was not cleaned once during a five-night stay! Housekeeping changed the towels and made the bed, but nothing more. Dirty mugs and glasses were never replaced. I went down to the restaurant twice to exchange them myself. The sink and shower were not cleaned once, and coffee was not always refilled.
The shower did not work properly, and room service told me to call maintenance myself.
I came to London for work and paid for a hotel, not an Airbnb, where I have to handle basic housekeeping myself.
