This was a charming VRBO. The first floor holds 2 living areas, dining table, kitchen, and half bath. Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs with ample towels and pillows provided. It was furnished with comfort and flair and lots of personal items from travels. It felt like we were guests in someone’s vacation home rather than a sterile rental. Management was very responsive and checkin a breeze. Across the street is a park and kids playground. A block away are restaurants on busy Chicago Ave but this property was very quiet. Couldn’t have been a better stay!

Great accommodations for a family. Skylight in the middle bedroom and loud street noise can be heard from the front bedroom. Still very worth the stay just bring sleep mask and ear plugs. Fabulous host communication though out the whole experience!

We were looking for a location where family could stay to attend our daughters gradation from Ruch University. The location was perfect for our stay and the lay out with sleeping upstairs and living area down was perfect. If we have a larger group visiting again we will be back.

It needs improvements…….some partial improvements had been made but screens torn and no screen/window on outside storm door……back stairs needed stability
