The hotel is well located near the Old Town. The room is nicely decorated, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a comfortable bed and a small balcony.
The family who run the place are super kind and do everything they can to make your stay great. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect — the cleanliness, the location, and the comfort. Highly recommend!
Nothing at all, the stay was flawless.

The family that host Maison Khoi are beyond generous!! The let us check in super early after a night bus which was so appreciated!!!! And let us check out early without charging us when the weather was bad ! Also just very welcoming / accommodating!!! Good value too and good location!!
This may not bother everyone but I felt a little uncomfortable cause of how mouldy/damp the room was! Didn’t mind it on the walls/curtains but the bedding had some mould stains - they did change the pillows for us after asking and was apologetic (Hoi An has been very rainy lately!!!) but worth knowing if it’s something that’s gonna bother you!!
