amazing location, less than 10 minutes in the car to the centre of the city! Extremely spacious and well decorated. Worked really well for a group of friends but could see it working just as well for family due to the lay out.

The place was a big appartment which held a large group this is why we booked it plus the price was reasonable with free parking outside , the beds were clean

The place looked good on first impressions but behind the furniture it was less than impressive the cleaners are not getting into the corners, there was scuffs on the walls and the furniture and ornanents were tacky . There was crumbs on the worktop at the left side of the sink when we arrived. There was a booklet with a full artinary of what we could and couldnt do while we appreciate that this is someones property it was a little accesive to say the least , our party was a party of 6 which should have been more but some dropped out but as we were chatting not been rowdy or anything we heard an alarm going off we did not know what it was soon after i got a text saying we were too loud , we were chatting that is all and that is what people who go away with there friends do we were not drunk either i would not recommend staying here if you want to talk and have a laugh around midnight or even watch tele we did not have it on so god forbib if we had , id suggest bed by 10 cos 3 strikes your out , this place holds around 9 people but bed before the alarm sounds people of this quantity do not go away NOT to chat and catch up . Morning after i got another text to say turn the wifi on so i spent quite a while of my holiday trying to fix a problem that i had not caused as i had not turned it off which i was pretty annoyed about and behind the unit where the box was it was very dirty.Outside round the back was broken rotting furniture . Dont be tempted with the pictures online.

clean,comfortable,spacious-great kitchen,2 bathrooms-fantastic host tea,coffee sugar and cooking oil in kitchen is a big plus

only a really minor thing,could do with curtains on bedroom windows as white blinds don’t stop the daylight coming in when working nights but really wouldn’t stop me booking again as place is excellent

Loads of room, comfortable, well equipped and easy to get to from A1. Local park at the end of the road is fantastic. Good public transport links - easy to get to Stadium of Light for a gig
