The location and its accessibility. Rooms are big and clean. The only little disappointment I could think of was the strong smell in the first room we checked into. As the smell were also on the pillows and the linen sheets, we asked for a change of room the next day.
Eden went out his way to help us make reservations at restaurants, his initiative and helpfulness were not seen in all staff. He has a customer service mindset. Well done!
Some of the staff do not know the environment and surrounding of the hotel enough to provide good recommendations on places to go.

Absolutely loved this hotel.
Good location near the pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and everything you need in walking distance.
The room itself was amazing - it was so huge and so comfortable.
The shower and bathroom were also huge and amazing.
Great big bed with nice pillows.
The staff were really helpful especially when I couldn't work out how to work the onsite washing machine and dryer.
The pool was pretty good.
Every other hotel in China we stayed at the washing machine and dryer were free - it isn't expensive and it is convenient.
While there is everything you need in the streets around the hotel it really is in the middle of a few different subway stations - all about 15 minutes walk away
