There are 2 double sofa beds for 4 extra people on request. The villa suits in total a maximum of 10 people.

There is AC in the villa, as well as Internet WiFi, floor heating, SAT TV, a heliport and a pond to reuse rainwater to water the garden in the summer.

The ground floor has: a large living room/dining room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen decorated in 1950s style, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, efficient and modern; there is an induction stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

The first floor: an inside staircase leads you from the living room on the ground floor to the first floor. An outdoor staircase leads you to the terrace on the first floor, from where you can also access. This floor is open like a loft; here there are the 2 double sofa beds. Next, there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, with a French door opening to the terrace. On the first floor, you can enjoy the stunning view even more!

There is a covered terrace with table, chairs and sofas for meals al fresco, perfect place to enjoy the summer days with the best view! You can access the covered terrace from the ground floor or from the garden. You will also find a stone BBQ and a pizza oven.

The swimming pool is 12x 6 meters large, made with green marble stones; it has a solarium with sun beds and umbrellas.

In the well-groomed garden, you will find a renaissance-style garden with a statue of Saint Francis in the middle.

Villa Rina is located in the middle from Pisa, Siena and Florence area, perfect location for day city trips to also to Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa. The next town is Cedri, a lovely hamlet town only a few km away, in the municipality of Peccioli, definitely worth a visit, it is famous for its delicious olive oil, wines, vegetable, wheat and games.

Not far from the villa is the Castelfalfi Golf Club. In addition, you will find nearby, several local restaurants, shops, cafes, bank, post office, doctor etc. Peccioli is the next larger town with supermarkets and much more.
