The best part of this property is that it’s less than a mile from South Village Beach. Very walkable. The house is tiny but all we needed. I did miss in the listing that there’s no washer and dryer so that’s worth noting. Not a big deal, just something I usually look for so worth calling out in case your search filters are off like mine must have been.

The house was just right for 4 people! Close to the beach, main roads and back roads to avoid traffic. Great recs for locals restaurants. Great Cape Cod vacation!

Great Cape Experience!
Great house and neighborhood for a week stay on the Cape! As someone who has vacationed the cape for over 35 years, this was a quaint perfect rental for my family and friends! We LOVED the new side porch and lived in this room - backyard was great and AC was ideal! Neighbors were beyond friendly and welcoming.... great area to stay in and visit different sites. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall we enjoyed our experience at this home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a reasonable walking g distance to the beach. And the small sunroom was great for evening hangouts. Only downside was we found the mattresses to have too much give. After the first few nights my wife and I ended up using the futon in the living room as it had a bit more firmness to it.

Great location, quiet neighborhood
Overall we enjoyed our experience at this home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and a reasonable walking g distance to the beach. And the small sunroom was great for evening hangouts. Only downside was we found the mattresses to have too much give. After the first few nights my wife and I ended up using the futon in the living room as it had a bit more firmness to it.

Stayed for a long weekend to participate in a triathalon. Great area, friendly neighbors! Favorite parts were the outdoor shower & screened in porch. The only negative was having to pick up & drop off the keys 15 minutes away. A keypad is SO much easier especially coming in late in the pouring rain. Other than that, great weekend!!!
