This was our 2nd stayover at this accommodation on Lipsi. The owner was pleasant and the room was the same one we had stayed in before. In itself it was adequate for our needs with fabulous views over the harbour, and surrounding area. However the room itself was on the narrow side with 3 beds for 2 people and limited space for cooking. And the double bed was a bit awkward to get in, and out of for the person sleeping next to the wall. But overall it was satisfactory for our needs.
Room was narrow. Double bed awkward to get in and out of. Limited room cleaning. Broken balcony chair, that we had replaced. No outside light on the balcony. No outside seating area on the back of the property. And difficult washing lines outside the front door.

La posizione vicina al porto
Lo studios non era molto pulito, il bagno molto datato con segni evidenti di usura, non passavano a pulire nemmeno a rifare le camere.
