I love the location as I always come there for holiday
Curtains in the sittibg room that couldn't cover the while window.
Sliding door not working, we slept in an unlocked place

The lagoon was super nice clean relaxing 😌.
There was always lifeguard. And people maintaining the lagoon all the time. We had the best time swimming and it was fun

We left while waiting outside
We didn’t get to stay inside, we left as apartment was not even ready, the people stay in the same apartment they allow bookings, I was so disappointed as it was our first time there. Very disappointed.

Nothing to like, the place is terrible
The lagoon has a lot of rules that are not being communicated to the residence or guests, more likley the security personel makes up the rules as the day goes by.
The property was very dirty. Someone is currently using the property on a daily basis and no cleaning is done, property smells of cigarettes. The bedrooms are all dirty, the bedding is not clean at all. The bed in the main bedroom is put on bricks.
The owner is not involved at all in managing the property, all complaints made the here came in as shock, even though shared pictures with her.
The property is supposed to be a self catering, the kitchen does not have any utensils that one can use for self catering and the kitchen itself is extremely dirty.
We complaint about the property not being clean, owner send people to come clean up at around 9pm on Friday even after we just checked in.
The property (unit 1134 on black 113) does not deserve to be listed on Bookings.com. I strongly recommend that it be removed as it does not meet standards
I could only stay one night of my booked 2 nights, and surely I should get a refund.

The host was so rude and I waiting an hour at the gate when I requested earlier check in weeks prior my arrival. didnt stay at the place as I had to find alternative booking . She also refused to waive my cancellation and yet benefitted from me not staying there. She was not available the whole day to respond to my calls saying shes in a meeting

The area was not so good didn't feel safe to travel at night. The facilities closes so early and afterwards there is not much to do

The restaurant was perfect but problem of not accessing it on the day of checkout is very disappointing. No wifi in our apartment and restaurant. Owner would not pick up phone and didn’t explain to us about the keys and rules and only received messages on day when was driving to the place and missing other things . Wouldn’t pick up the phone.
The place has potential but too many restrictions and the staff working at the facilities not friendly as well , no customer service at all and still need training on how to treat visitors. The pictures they use on booking.com they are deceiving coz you would think you will get the views of the place from your room yet it’s just too many block of apartments and you allocated any owned by individuals.They must show us pictures of their apartments and then explain that you may be allowed to use the lifestyle centre . You get to the place and have to enquire about everything. That’s a residential place not a hotel or lodge so proper explanation not to deceive us.

My family and I were delayed at the gate because our host did not arrange for our unit number, and she wasn't answering her phone so we entered the gate after 2 hours of waiting, because of this delay we didn't manage to enter the lagoon and we had to check out at10h00

We brought our own breakfast, and we were able to make it on the apartment without any problem.
It was difficult to find the apartment, since there were no direction to show. If you can try and improve on the direction to property it will be easier for guest to find. The other thing is the use of pool/lagoon before we leave, at least grant us 2 hours to spend on the lagoon before we leave the premises. The check out time is too early at least 12h00.

The establishment has fantastic facilities..
You need to change all the beds of the bedrooms..they literally broken and very uncomfortable...Get a bigger bed for the master bedroom...Improve the DSTV channels please...it's like I didn't have TV.
As much as the facilities are great, they need professional management that will suit the exclusiveness of the complex...Restaurant menu and flexibility was really bad and literally did not cater for everyone..Get a professional Chef and a someone to run it professionally...

The host treated us very badly and unfair. She took our booking while knowing very well that the apartment is fully booked for the weekend. Also, took our payment and didn't reverse it back to us. During all of the confusion, she was also rude when we wanted an explanation.
