Very cozy beach front unit with beautiful sunrises! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was immaculate. The location was convenient, too. Cathy was communicative throughout the reservation process as well as during the stay. We would definitely return!

The view from this condo is outstanding! The balcony has two wonderful rocking chairs to relax as you enjoy the 180 degree view. Directly below it were some bushes and we saw two deer down there. We stayed in November and it was a little chilly, but even when it rained, we were able to see the ocean while sitting on the two couches inside. The layout used every inch to an advantage and the furnishings were comfortable. It was immaculate and the host was easy to reach and checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The beach is hard packed so many people were walking and riding their bikes on it. It was quiet and relaxing and felt very safe. There are lots of good restaurants close by. We will definitely be coming back! It is our new getaway!

This home is in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. The view of the ocean is gorgeous.
It was a perfect size for 2 people or a small family.

This condo is nothing short of incredible!! The views are spectacular, the cleanliness was unmatched and the decor was beautiful! All of the towels and bedding was very soft, not scratchy like most places we have stayed, everything was very well stocked with all of the neccessities and the property owner (Cathy) was the nicest person we have ever rented from!! She knew it was our Anniversary and she left us a card and a gift to celebrate and no one has ever done anything like that before and we have stayed MANY places but she made our first visit to HHI very memorable and pleasant! We would HIGHLY recommend this place and we will def be visiting again when we can!!

This condo offered wonderful amenities: close to restaurants, shops, and it is a short walk to the BEACH! The view from the private balcony is amazing: sun uo, sun down, moon on the water!
The condo is sparking clean, has starters of soaps, paper products, etc., and lovely seaside decor.
The owner communicated all we needed to know for a successful stay without being obtrusive.
I highly recommend this unit.

Kathy’s place was perfect for us! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for our honeymoon and Kathy was so sweet and left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Will definitely be back.

The villa was super clean and had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat and Cathy was awesome. She checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this villa and will stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay - Keurig with K-cups, traditional coffee maker and filters, creamers, toaster, full size appliances, dishes, iron, hair dryer, plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, and fans. The furniture was and decor was all nice and clean. We've stayed at this complex many times but never on the 3rd floor and never ocean front - the view is amazing! You can see the sunrise right from the balcony! As a host, Cathy is very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the personal messages when our condo was ready a little earlier than planned and to check and make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Hilton Hilton. This condo was very clean and it was equipped with everything we needed. The view was amazing from the balcony and it was a short walk to the beach. We loved it there and would love to go back again.

We had a wonderful vacation. When we arrived we found the condo was very clean and organized. (Loved all the labels) Cathy was a wonderful host. She kept us well informed of what to expect when we arrived. She even has an Instagram page for the condo! She also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.

Let me first say, l was impressed with Cathy the moment we walked into her condo. I had told her it was my birthday and she had a card and treat to welcome me and that spoke so much to her care for her guests who stay there.
We were so impressed with the cleanliness, location, view and how stocked she has her condo. Everything from the coffee to the beach towels, chairs and rafts, even a cooler. She had it all for us! And the view is breathtaking! We walked several nights across the street to Coligny Plaza as well for ice cream and meals/shopping, location was great! We also really enjoyed both the ceiling fans as well as additional fans she provides, we are a family used to sleeping to the noise of a fan so it was a huge bonus for us to have those fans in this condo. I don't have a single complaint to say! Also, when l did have questions that popped up, Cathy was quick to reply! We will definitely come back!

Cathy’s condo was absolutely perfect. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed to her place during the 4th of July holiday week. The location is great and access to the beach was super easy. We definitely will stay here again!

My husband and I came to stay here for a few days during our “Babymoon” and we really enjoyed the place. The views off the back balcony were spectacular! The only part I had trouble with was this was on the third floor and this pregnant momma got really tired of going up and down the stairs but other than that we had a great stay! The condo had everything we could’ve needed when it came to making meals, and it came fully stocked with coffee and sugar/creamer packets. Very thoughtful touch.

This condo was modern, well kept, and spotless. Cathy was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to questions. We walked to nearby restaurants and the grocery store was convenient. But the best part of our stay was the beach! It was a super easy and short walk to be on the beach. We also loved sitting on the balcony - amazing views of the beach and water, we even saw dolphins one morning! Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

While most condos listed as “Oceanview” are, few have a view so unobstructed that you feel like you are in your own private oasis. A lovely unit very well decorated and was able to literally hear the ocean at night. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect location, convenient to everything in Hilton Head, with a gorgeous view! The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and presented spot-on with the pictures provided on VRBO. The property manager was very attentive and provided all we needed to enjoy our stay, and the beach towels and beach chairs were an added bonus! Thank you for the recommendations for restaurants and activities! This was very helpul, as well as your contact information, should we have needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

We went to Hilton Head to celebrate an early 40th anniversary. Cathy’s place was awesome! It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and the view was beautiful! We sat on the porch and watched some deer eat in the brush as we looked out at the ocean. She was an excellent host and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here! If we ever go back I would choose this place again.

This condo was a wonderful place for a anniversary getaway at the beach. The view of the beach was spectacular from the top floor balcony and end unit. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was proactive in reaching out to see if we had any questions. I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to a return visit!

Nice 3rd floor walk up unit with all amenities and nice little touches. Appreciated having a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Balcony is truly amazing and time passes by while you watch waves past the dunes and birds, bunnies, squirrels and deer among the trees and brush in the foreground. I'm not sure the bed is truly a queen as it felt smaller - like a full/double compared to our queen bed at home - but that's a pretty minor issue to us.

If enjoying time on the balcony with unobstructed panoramic ocean views, including sunrises and sunsets, is important to you, this top-floor corner condo certainly delivers! We spent literally hours on the balcony sipping coffee or wine, chatting, watching folks stroll along the beach and gazing at ships on the distant horizon. We began relaxing the minute we stepped into the condo and that feeling never let up! The condo itself was clean, well stocked and nicely laid out. When we wanted to take a walk on the beach, the complex had a short, private and direct walkway right into the sand and a nice beach bar was no more than 10 minutes away (as recommended by the very helpful host). In the evenings several restaurants were a quick walk down the street, which made things very easy (which was our goal!). In summary, we loved the condo and had a nice, relaxing stay and look forward to coming back again next year!

My husband and I stayed at this property for four nights. Cathy was so kind in her communications with us and responded quickly to the questions I sent. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The view was awesome!! And the unit was an a super quick walk from dining and shopping. I highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and well appointed! It has everything needed to have a relaxing stay at Hilton Head! This unit is perfect for a couple. Full kitchen ware, we cooked breakfast every morning and ate on the balcony. Close/walking distance to many shops and restaurants. View from balcony was just like photos, gorgeous! We did not use, but beach towels, cart and beach chairs were there. Hostess was available and answered any questions promptly. If you love fresh fish, definitely check out the piggly wiggly as they have a local catch market in store! We would definitely rent again.
