The cottage is in a stunning location and has great views of the harbour from the terrace and main bedrooms. There are plenty of bathrooms, and space for a large group to spread out. Unfortunately there were a number of minor maintenance issues which let the place down, and be aware that the arrival is stressful if you have a large car. Overall we had a great time

The house has lovely views and our group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The house is on a very steep hill but it’s not too far to reach all Polperro has to offer. I found the hill ok but my 80 year old uncle did struggle so just something to bear in mind. Private parking for 2 cars at the Ship Inn was so helpful as the main car park is a long walk away. I would definitely come back again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Polperro House. The views are stunning, overlooking the harbour and sea. We stay in Polperro every year for the village festival and this cottage is an ideal location. The bedrooms are all very spacious and clean. Having 5 bathrooms for each room is a real treat as well (no hanging around waiting for your turn to shower!). There were 8 of us staying for the week and we all said we would definitely return for another stay in Polperro House. Well worth a visit. All of the pubs offer an excellent variety of well prepared and delicious food. We are always very welcomed everywhere (that is why we return every year!).
