The Couper Colonna

Amazing location. Fabiola was amazing from before I arrived to when I check out. She organised a car to pick me up from Termini & also my return to Termini.

I enjoyed everything about the property.

Great location, super quite and private!

There were problems with the Wifi during my stay and there was no phone signal in my room or the building so I had to go out the building to speak on the phone.

Clean, smells great, friendly staff

Nothing

Location. Easy access. Clean

We informed the hotel in advance about our sensitivity to perfumes and chemical smells, and specifically requested a room without scented cleaning products. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room had a strong artificial fragrance (from curtains, furniture, and the overall environment). We were unable to sleep at all during the first night due to the smell, and my wife’s condition worsened to the point that she had to seek medical attention. To their credit, the staff responded the next morning and changed our room, which we appreciated. However, more attention should be paid to such important guest requests, especially when clearly communicated in advance.
