Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Atlantic Beach! Southwinds is a great complex by the beach. We were on the second floor so the view was great! It was very clean and well stocked! We’ve stayed here several times and have always had a great time. The only improvements I would recommend is a new coffee pot and some updates to the furniture in the living room but the mattresses were great and the extra pillows were definitely a plus! Overall it was a great place and would recommend and would stay again!

Great location, we have stayed in this complex before. Ocean view. 2 pools. Condo had everything we needed. Must climb stairs to get everything you travel with in and out just an fyi.

Fantastic location! Great ocean views. Very clean and comfortable rental! Would stay again!

Maintenance men woke us up on the 2nd morning. I called the realty company but got no answer at either phone number. Then a couple came in to the condo while we were out. They had been given a key to stay there at the same time as our rental!!! Realty office did not answer phone calls or emails! They answered one email and said for me to email my concerns! They refused to talk with me! The couple basically said we were staying there illegally! And we did not feel safe staying when we knew they had a key! It was a security nightmare and realty company would not even talk to me! I was very disappointed and scared that our stuff would be stolen or someone would come in while we were gone or sleeping since I knew the other couple had a key!
