The ROOM was not bad AT ALL. It was clean and comfortable. The only con that I have was the water in the shower did not get very hot which essentially is the HOTEL’s problem NOT the host. Other than that it was a great location. Walking distance from everything. Can’t beat the price for 3 nights. It really wasn’t bad at all. I would stay again.

I was skeptical about this location due to the other reviews about the room, but everything looked the same in person. Everything worked in the room such as the tv, microwave, and coffee maker. The location is close to Lumas park and the beach (less than 3 blocks). I would definitely book again in the future.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone .

A basic condo in a very good location and close to everything.

Just a short couple minutes walk from Ocean Dr. Parking was fairly close. Great restaurants. Room was clean and comfy! Also has a great rooftop patio!

My parents had a wonderful time at the studio, is well located and cozy.
You are close to Washington Avenue and the beach.
The only thing we found less nice is the parking, is always crowded.
