surfaces showed as having been wiped but dirty streaks everywhere. Poo marks in the toilet.

No breakfast available to although room service was advertised when we booked via booking .com

Number 1 search item for a place to stay in Colac was room service but although room service was advertised when we booked via booking .com it was actually closed and only found out once we got to Colac that night.

Ok but would look for something better next time

Bed was comfortable

Cobwebs on ceiling above bed, clock covered in dust, cleaned it and reset the time, otherwise ok, something loose on the roof rattled in the wind and rain first night

Everything I needed!

Great location - close to the centre of town. The staff member I dealt with was very good.

Possibly a box of tissues would have been nice. Otherwise all good.

After a long day, travelling for work, it was nice to have some place comfortable to wind down

Wouldn’t stay again as it wasn’t value for money

It needs updating, for the price we paid it wasn’t the greatest and no soap supplied in room and only cutlery etc for one person even though there was two of us

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The air con meant we had a good night sleep in warm weather. The staff provided fresh milk on arrival and gave good local information about places to eat. Met all our needs. Thank you.

Price is good for the quality of the motel. Noisy for rooms next to road 24 hrs

The location of the motel allows us to go to various attractions nearby including those on Great Ocean road. The motel is also close to petrol station and groceries such as Woolworth, Coles, Aldi, Colac main streets etc

Motel is on the main road joining Geelong to Colac. The road is ever so busy and noisy if you ended being allocated a room on the block next to the road. I was not able to sleep well for the 2 nights I was there listening to the traffic zooming past

microwave didn’t heat, cobwebs in corners of room, decor very out of date.

Good fair price for stay overnight.

The building complex is quite old but room is very well insulated in the hot day. Big space for parking. Strategic location is close to the town. The owner has tried their best for the cleanliness of the room. Have extended separated room for extra 2 bed.

Need a little interior touch up to modernised and brighten up the room.
