The location is excellent if you prefer bayside versus ocean view. Only two blocks to the boardwalk and ocean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pool was also nice.

The condo was much bigger than we expected. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us to hang out, sleep, cook and work from home while there. The deck is huge and has a beautiful view. So close to Fishtales. Walked to Mother's and Higgins Crab House. We could have walked to the beach, but we just had too much stuff and coolers so we drove and parked. The bus stop is right accross the street to get to Seacrets and Mackeys. All in all we really were impressed with the space.

Nice condo with great views located in a quiet area. Condo is a nice size and mostly updated. Could use some fixing of the wear and tear things (clogged tub, hanging a/c register from ceiling, broken stove, etc) and better cleaning service but over all a nice place.

Loved the location and the fact it’s by a bar. Able to have drinks and walk back to the condo. Well cleaned and prepared for our stay. A little out dated tv, but understand. Don’t want the finest things being rented out. Definitely coming back in a few weeks. Possibly looking for same condo.

We greatly enjoyed the access to local restaurants and bars as well as the public beach access. The fridge had not been cleaned out as we had been specifically told it would due to Covid guidelines. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would return.

It’s a shame the owners of this property don’t have professional management. This condo could be perfect if it was overseen better. The unit was extremely dirty. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. Bathrooms were the only rooms that I can say were cleaned satisfactorily. The entire refrigerator and freezer were filled with previous renters food and leftovers. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The patio furniture was junk and pieces broken. The patio floor was disgustingly sticky from food and drink spills. Found trash and cigarettes left on the patio table. Found vape remnants in a dresser drawer. Left behind items under the bed. Although is appears your in control of the thermostat, I believe it is regulated off site. It never reached our chosen degree until like 10pm. Wish I would have known it was 3rd floor and no elevator. We also have an 8ft trailer that we brought with sport equipment that we were told we could have there to only find a towing notice. All in all it was tolerable. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. Cleanliness, especially now, needs to be top notch. I hope the owners see this review and consider hiring new management.

I couldn’t put my groceries in refrigerator due to food left behind from the guests before me. There was clothing(gown/underclothing) left on floor beside bed. A tray was left in the oven with old food and grease. Was told a cleaning person was coming and would call first. Waited around all day and no one showed or called. The dining table was left dirty. The kitchen trash was left full. Had to provide my own toilet tissue, paper towels and cleaning products to clean and sanitize the place.
