This was easily the worst experience we’ve had renting a property. Although the location and neighborhood were excellent, everything else about this rental was a complete and total flop. The floors were FILTHY. Our daughter walked around barefoot for about an hour after we first arrived and the bottom of her feet were completely black. I wish I could share a picture. It was DISGUSTING. We all had to make sure and wear flip flops or house shoes the rest of our stay. The house was stocked with TWO rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for FIVE nights. When I asked about more, I was told to check the cabinets and look around, there should be some somewhere. I found a third roll under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but something had leaked all over it, so it was unusable. We were provided with TWO kitchen trash bags for our entire stay. Again, we were told to look around, but there were no more bags. I didn’t even try to ask again. Instead, I headed up to the closest grocery store late at night to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Outside trash cans were already overflowing. Ridiculous. The bedding was completely different from what is pictured. Multiple pillow cases had questionable stains, and the towels were paper thin and extremely dated. Think Walmart towels from 1985. The toilet in the master bath shrieks about every 10 minutes, so we had to turn off the water to that toilet at night. The water heater sounds like rocks in a dryer, so the people sleeping on that side of the house had to put up with it. The handle in the master shower is extremely hard to turn on, but we eventually got the hang of leveraging our entire bodies to get it to turn. Also, ants in the shower. Super fun. There is no deadbolt on the front door. The key part is there, but the guts that make the actual deadbolt work are gone. The toaster oven was absolutely filthy, but we didn’t have any other choice, so we used it. The bottom corner cabinet door was hanging by a hinge; we took a picture in case we were charged for the damage. The dining table is completely different than pictured, and the dishes in the same picture were nowhere to be found. The living room furniture was also different. The supposed complimentary items were also missing. Basically, it seems like this property was very much misrepresented. Since I booked, I see that there have been other negative reviews added, but nothing has changed. I WOULD NOT book this property again. Period.

Very nice quiet neighborhood and a comfortable home. We basically slept there and got ready in the morning and left to do our site seeing but it was perfect for our larger group. Slept every age comfortably

I’m glad I got the chance to leave a review as we ended up not staying at this property. We traveled all day with our children and arrived after dinner (3 hours after allotted check in time). When we arrived, the home had not been cleaned. The beds had been stripped, by previous renters maybe, and sheets were piled on the floor which exposed the mattresses,. The master mattress had blood on it in several places (several large stains) and the doubled bed mattresses were also soiled. The owner offered to send a cleaner over but considering the state of the beds and uncleanliness of the home we opted to find another rental. This totally put our family out and disrupted our vacation. Vrbo was frustrating to work with on the situation also. Obviously I’d not recommend anyone stay here.

When we checked in it was already midnight due to the flight delayed. As the property description, bottled water will be ready for us as complimentary, however, there’s none. We didn’t have clean water to drink. That’s not the big deal for us. The worst thing is the shower head is stuck. Nobody can turn it on. And the toilet makes squeaking noise periodically no mater if we flushed the toilet or not. Imagine the noise happened in the midnight. I called the management company in the middle of the night. They responded quickly and promised me the technician would come over to fix the problem the next day. We waited the whole day till evening, no one showed up. So I called the management again. Then they said someone will come soon. Guess what’s? Till 10 o’clock at night, the technician sent us a text asked if they can come after 11 pm? We need the rest and we already waited for almost WHOLE day. We had very busy schedule while we stayed.it’s impossible for us to spare any time to sit in the house and wait. That’s really annoyed and we were very upset. The house is fine except the wooden flooring is sticky and dusty. We spent an hour to sweep and mop the whole house floor. 5 out of 10 of the shower curtain rings are gone snd when we moved it another ring was broken. So when we take the shower, it only covered half of the bathtub. However the location is great. Close to highway and everything. Neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor patio setting is good but two seats are broken

We booked in Nov 2021, paid in full. A family trip to Disney, 2 adult children, my 12 year old ASD son, my husband and I. I could have swore when I booked it listed a king bed, however the biggest are two queens. Not one bed in this entire place is comfortable. They are all stained, run down and old. It will sleep a lot of people, if you want to sleep In the dining room.( futon) Not one bed had a top sheet on it, I finally did find them in the top of a closet on our last day. Beds were sloppily made and the linens were also old and worn. The shower in the master had mold in the window and in the tiles. And the handle was so difficult to turn we were afraid if breaking it. The main bath had a dollar store shower curtain thinner than a piece of toilet paper ( it was already torn off two of the hooks). There were 5 old ratty towels for 5 people for 5 days. Seriously, they were the quality I use as dog towels. The washer flooded the second night. The drain hose wasn't even in the drain pipe. Easy fix, but a huge mess we cleaned up. Using our 5 towels and the mop. I was able to reach management, they were supposed to give us the combo for the cleaners closet and extra towels, but never did. While fixing the washer we also noticed that the dryer vent hose was disconnected. In order to run the dryer you had to open the back door to vent it. Absolutely no kitchen linens. One old gross sponge. There was food and grease caked on the wall next to the stove, the vent was caked with dust and grease. The floors were filthy, I went barefoot the first night and my feet were black. We mopped after that, and swept. The BBQ pictured in the listing is not there, it's now a cheap charcoal Webber. There are no bowls, or water filter in the kitchen. We purchased paper bowls and left some for the next tenant. The hot water heater sounds like it's going to explode. It pops and cracks so loud you can hear it across the house. Oh, and the garage pictured is not accessible, at all. Most of this was nothing we couldn't remedy ourselves. Plus it was spring break and hotels for Disneyland were booked or outrageous. But here is the icing on the cake. I received a notice that they were charging me a for a deep cleaning and a broken oven (that we never used)! They realized that we had purchased damage insurance and are trying to charge us to get their cleaning done. This house was cleaner when we left. The owner has invested zero in upkeep of this property.

There weren't any trash bags or laundry detergent like we have had in other VRBO's. So I called and they said they would bring some trash bags by in the morning and they never did. So we went and bought our own and left them there for the next people. The shower took 3 hours to drain. We tried to plunge it but it didn't work. Also turning on the water in the shower was extremely hard to do. I couldn't get it to go to warm so ended up taking cold showers. But it was a great location.

The house was just as pictured! Super close to the parks which was perfect for the reason of our visit. Everything was really clean and the house included enough dishes/glasses in the kitchen. We had 12 people staying in the house and it fit us just right (there were two futons) The host was in communication the whole time, answering all our questions in a reasonably amount of time. The only thing I would add would be make sure you don't park on the street and only in the drive way. I would recommend staying in this house! Thank you

But overall we had a good time and it suited our needs.

We contacted the host to let him know about the bugs and that we would be leaving the next morning and would like a refund- he gave us back half of what we paid for a four night stay and we only stayed one night- when we asked for more of a refund he said he would give us $50.00 more if we gave him a 5 star rating- but we decided we would rather warn others of the misrepresentation. **Not one of the pictures in the listing is an accurate representation of what the property actually looks like. It is very dirty- the walls and couches are filthy with stains. The showers have black mold (had to wear my flip flops in the shower). There is NO grass in the back yard- only weeds and broken bricks- lots of weeds by the front door too. We took pictures of the dirty walls and yucky showers and a video of the bugs in the bed- I wish I could post them here.

The house is in a nice neighborhood with close proximity to freeway and Disneyland. The beds and blankets were nice and comfortable compared to most other vbro's I've stayed at. Showers had nice pressure.

The property was clean and was as advertised. It was close to attractions and shops. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

This was a great location, near many SoCal attractions in a quiet neighborhood, though we were in town visiting family.. Communication with the host about any issues we encountered (none the hosts fault) were addressed quickly. The house is beautiful with a lot of natural light and common areas are comfortable and centrally located. We had a great stay and will return again!

Several friends and I stayed at this property for 4 nights while we visited Disneyland and other attractions in the area. On our first night, we found several cokroaches in the kitchen area, as well as a good sized spider hanging from a very dusty vent in the bathroom. We were out of the house most of the time but the times we were there seeing the roaches was common in the kitchen and dining room areas, and bugs in general were common throughout the whole house. There were also a great deal of small burrs that made their way onto many of our socks while walking through the house. The beds seemed clean enough and were fairly comfortable with the exception of the bunk bed, which seemed very rickety and I would not put anything or anyone weighing more than 50lbs on the top bunk. The house was very minimalist on entertainment which was not a problem for us since we were gone most of the time. The Kitchen had a decent fridge, oven, and microwave for all your cooking needs but there were a limited amount of plates and bowls and no dishwasher so you will need to dedicate some time to doing the dishes regularly. You could avoid this by bring disposable plates and silverware but if you do make sure to bring trash bags because all that was left was the one in the trashcan. There is also a cabinet door next to the oven that was broken in a very odd way which was concerning but didn't cause any issues. The showers and bathrooms were great! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure to ensure that everyone will have a nice warm shower at any time with enough left over to do the dishes. The floors were a bit creaky, especially in the shower in the main bathroom which is right next to the water heater which is also fairly noisy when in heavy use. But aside from that, the neighborhood is very quiet dispite it being so close to a major road. We had no issue with the neighbors and traffic in the area was fairly light by LA standards. It is located next to several restruants and fast food joints as well as major stores and corner stores to quickly grab something you need. Overall it is a good crash pad if you are not planning on spending too much time there and is capable of accommodating large and small groups of all ages. But if you plan on spending a lot of time in the house, I recommend bringing extra towels, soap, garbage bags, and maybe an air purifier if you have breathing issues.
