Family of 5. Accurate description of spaces/rooms, but as with many properties, appeared more spacious in photos. Three (3) baths!!—-a rare find, great perk for privacy. Medium firm, nice mattresses and liked use of duvets. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, drip coffee pot and filters. Short walk to beautiful beach with chairs (and beach wagon with toys if needed). As with many beaches, go early if you want provided lounge chairs. Hose right outside door to clean off feet/sand—convenient. Numbers for free transportation—no answer. Trolley too infrequent to be convenient. Walking would work, if lots of time. We drove (~1.5 miles) to Siesta village where most island restaurants are located. Bikes or golf cart (did not rent) might have been more convenient but weather was chilly/rainy most days. Would def stay again for more of a beach vacation, but bring groceries to limit trips to village. Dacquiri Deck for drinks! One reserved parking spot and another appears assigned but is first come, first serve, leaving limited 2nd car parking unless parked and not moved for duration.

Fabulous location. The private beach was amazing. We stayed a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament. It was a fantastic alternative to staying at a hotel and the rate was comparable. The free rides into the village were an unexpected plus. We will definitely be back.

Property was as described online. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, but the 2nd bedroom bed was not as comfortable. We enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms! Other amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, laundry, dishwasher soap and plenty of towels were also a nice touch! Location was great and once we figured out free trolley that was even better. The beach was very close, but we think the Noseeum bugs (hoping that’s what was biting us) were an issue. We did leave with bites on us and that made for an uncomfortable trip home. We never were able to use the digital code to get in condo, but used the key and it was not an issue for us. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Overall we had a great time!

From the effortless check in, to the cleanliness of all rooms the stay was spectacular. I use VRBO at least 5 times a year and having lived in the Sarasota area years ago I visit the area annually. I now have a go to place to stay. This was the very best overall experience I have been associated with.

Stayed here with our 3 young kids (4,6 & 8) for a long weekend to. Condo is beautiful, fully furnished / stocked with everything you need and in the perfect location for day and evening activities. We rented a golf cart for the duration of our stay and is totally worth it - we got to explore so much of the island we would have otherwise not seen! The trolly is very easy to navigate, especially with a pick up right outside the location. Varinia Was extremely helpful when I reached out to her a couple different times including airport transportation and golf cart rentals.
We will definitely be back to this location (exact condo!) and have already recommended to multiple friends for their vacations as well!

Our sister/daughter trip to Siesta Key was FANTASTIC!! Varinia went above and beyond to accommodate all of our request and had the best suggestions for us!! Ryan at Suncoast Carts Unlimited hooked us up with an AMAZING 6 person golf cart for our stay (Varinia's suggestion). The condo was in a perfect spot with EASY access to the beach and a quick 5 minute golf cart ride to Siesta Village! We didn't leave the area for our whole trip...it had everything!! The beach (and sand) were fabulous and the ability to grab our beach chairs on the way down to the water was an added plus!! I have never been on a beach vacation where everything was so easy to get set up without much effort!! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends but not before I bring my husband to this EXACT location!! Thanks for the memories Siesta Key and CHEERS to Varinia for a fabulous experience!!

This house is perfect! Has everything you need. Just like being in your own home. Its quiet and safe. Just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches Ive ever seen. The location of this house is close to shopping, eating some of the best food ever and fun things to do. We would love to stay here again. And you should for sure think about booking this amazing place for your next vacation.

We stayed there 5 nights, the townhouse is nice and clean, 3 bath rooms was nice. The neighborhood and the restaurants there were great.

Overall the property was good. Good location and place was comfortable. Only issue was the beach where there was very little space on the beach for folks staying at the siesta beach house. One very small strip of beach where we were allowed to sit. That was disappointing and folks from the properties on either side were not very nice to us.

This apartment is just in a perfect location. Beach is a 50 yards walk, private access with all beach tools available. House is clean, cute and has enough space for families of up to 6 people. Accurate description of the property on the online portal. Totally worth the money !

The 3 of us enjoyed our stay. Everything was ready for us and we had plenty of space. Access to the beach was great and the weather was perfect. The tram was easily accessible and our visit to the Village was a lot of fun. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

All in all a very nice experience and condo. The appliances had a few hiccups but were immediately resolved when contacting host. Beach was a short walk away with umbrella service and chairs available. One suggestion would be to have nightlights in both upstairs bathroom

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and very close to the beach and the village. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive. She accomodated our early check in, which was very thoughtful. We loved the keypad entry as no one needed keys. The beach is spectacular! I've never seen such beautiful sand. The free taxi's into the village were heavily utilized. We loved this perk as there was no need for a car. Overall I highly recommend this condo.

Everything was great! Access to the house, pool and beach could not have gone smoother. The cleanliness and upkeep of the townhouse could not have been better. The owner was very responsive with a request for a late checkout. Excellent stay.

The property was clean and modern. Access to the beach and ample lounger chairs were convenient. The additional cooler, beach umbrella, and towels were a plus. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe.

We really enjoyed this super clean place. It was only a few yards to your own private entrance to the beach. The condo was equipped with everything you would need. All the appliances were new and worked great. The mattresses on the beds were all very comfortable and high quality.

Front door never worked with our code so we had to always go around back which isn’t convenient with beach gear.
Landlord was good about replacing beach cart as soon as possible when we let her know it broke (mentioned she forgot to replace it after last stay)
Regarding cleanliness- (this is more so on cleaning company) but trashes in rooms weren’t emptied from previous people. In master bathroom long dark hair left all over floor from previous tenants too. Master bath shower is too small/narrow to be able to shower in comfortably.
Not as advertised with pool location. In pics it appears that pool is by the beach (which is main reason we picked property) but it is back by the busy Main Street. And in listing/pics it states the condo is shown with blue roofs (actually this is covered parking for neighboring resort) which also appears closer to beach but the townhouse is behind them. Not too much further behind but just not exactly as listed.
To be fair this is the first time we have stayed in VRBO properties so our expectations were higher. Townhome was good, kitchen is nice.

It turned out to be ok!
Our house was not ready when we arrived. The cleaners had not come, so we waited a couple hours before we could relax from traveling.
The rest of the stay went on without any other problems.

Location is an easy walk to a less crowded part of one of the best beaches in the world. Also very close to a variety of restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

Home away from home - all the comforts, close to the beach and the trolley stop to go into the village. The condo is very clean and bright and well maintained. Really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the little porch out front with table and chairs - perfect for morning tea/coffee!
