Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, A/C, Hot Water Heater, Shower, and Toilet all built in. No canvas popouts or slides, so this camper is very easy to set up and pack up. We provide basic cookware. A fee of $95 will apply if the camper is returned without the tanks being emptied. If you're not staying at a campground, there are plenty of places nearby that will let you dump the tanks for around $20. Pick up time is 3 pm or later and drop off by 11 am (we can usually be flexible on timing but please arrange in advance if possible). Our camper is clean but also isn't new, so please don't be surprised if you see signs of normal use. The black tank gauge likes to provide inaccurate readings, so don’t be surprised if it shows full even when empty. If you are booking with delivery, we prefer to avoid Saturdays and Sundays, so please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Rules / Please note: Toilet: Please use only RV-friendly / septic-safe toilet paper. Clogs can form easily in RV plumbing, so please use your best judgment when flushing (and never flush wipes, paper towels, or anything that isn’t RV toilet paper).
