We had a lovely stay at this stylish beach house. My teen walked in and said “this is really nice” and she is usually hard to please! Lovely modern, clean style with all the amenities you need. We used the bikes that came with the house to bike to everything. There’s also a trailhead nearby so we went for a bike ride along the canal. We’d definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house and grounds were clean and updated. The owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions. The pool is a short walk and it is next to the tennis courts/pickleball courts. We enjoyed both.
The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes and parking was surprisingly not an issue. We are from NJ where there is always lots of traffic/cars especially at the beach but this was no problem. The garage had bikes/boogie boards and other items that were were allowed to use during our stay which was fantastic. The only down side was it was tough to eat outside. The flies showed up as soon as any food did. I'm guessing this is due to the proximity of the water. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at this stylish and comfortable home. Recently renovated, it has nice outdoor space - large deck and screened porch- to enjoy the lake and fountain adjacent to the property. Quiet neighborhood with nice pool. Thanks to our host, Jennifer, for great communication. We’ll be back.

The property was just as described— we were VERY impressed when we walked in the door!! It was my husband and me plus our 17 year old twins, my best friend and her husband. The layout gave us great space to hangout but also room for privacy. We absolutely loved the four season room (I think that’s what they called the screened in back porch) but it was terribly hot and humid the week we stayed so we never got the chance to use it. The neighborhood was great, though it was further than we anticipated to the ball fields (we traveled for a tournament week). The people were friendly, the pool was fabulous and invitingly warm enough, and we were just a quick drive to the beach. Jennifer was awesome to work with from the start!! Communication was great— and this was SO important as we were coming in from Michigan and were not at all familiar with the area. Jennifer offered some great advice and was also super responsive when it came to an ant problem. Note: the house was VERY clean, just the season for ants inside— we had them at home before we traveled as well. This is in NO WAY a negative, rather shows how attentive she was to our needs. It was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely LOVE to get back here some day— we all loved our stay!! Beautiful home, beautiful area. Thank you so much!!

When reading other reviews for this property before we booked, I was impressed but also skeptical. We brought our own beach chairs, didn’t need them. We brought our own linens, didn’t need them. I am an over preparer but so is the host! When people before us said that she has everything there for you, they weren’t kidding. We loved the quiet neighborhood, all of the neighbors were so friendly. My 15 year old son and his friend along with my husband enjoyed fishing in the pond in the back. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The beach although crowded is really only 5 minutes away. The owner/host, we cannot say enough good about her. She got back to us immediately when we had questions, before and during our stay. You won’t be dissatisfied here!

The interior is nice, newly renovated. The owner is very responsive. There are staffing shortages in the area so the cleaners don’t make the beds anymore - that was a bit annoying after a long drive with 3 kids, then having to make 4 beds. But of course this isn’t the owners fault. We used the pool everyday, it was nearly empty so we didn’t have to worry about our young children disturbing people. A little playground was nice and shaded. And there are restaurants and a candy store walking distance.

Family Friendly!
This beach home has everything you need for the perfect family vacation. My son loved the cool bunk beds and books. I loved everything convenient, including the beach, restaurants, and shops. I also loved how the home had everything you needed to go to the beach or just have a nice night on the patio. Excellent rental - I highly recommend it!

Relaxing quiet beach trip
We spent about a week here for a our first little get away since our son was born. The house was clean and had all the little amenities to make the stay feel more at home like children's books to a comfy living room to coffee/teapots and outdoor grill. We loved that the owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, and linens to make packing a little easier! Jennifer is very kind, helpful, and responsive!

Lovely stay in beautiful house-
The house even was better than even the pictures and description suggest. The decor is coastal elegance. This rental is extremely well stocked with what you need and the quality is well above average for other rentals. The beds, furnishings, even the towels and blankets are great quality. It was an easy bike ride to the beach. The pool and tennis/pickle ball courts are a 3 minute walk from the house. The back deck and screened in porch offer options for hanging out doors and have pretty views too! This house has everything you need for a great vacation: location, comfort, amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated, open floor plan beach house. Savannah's landing is a lovely quiet neighborhood, with no through traffic. Great central location! The bikes on property were a real plus! We would reserve this property again.

Beautiful, quiet home
My family of 5 loved our stay at Savannah’s Landing and are already planning a trip back to visit. The house itself is beautiful and more than enough space for a large family. The host provides literally everything we needed, from all basic kitchen supplies, to beach chairs and towels, to coolers. We only really needed to bring clothes! She was also very easy to reach and communicate with beforehand and once we arrived when we had a few questions. She also provided a list of “best kept secret” restaurants which we really enjoyed. The location of the house was so close to the beach, just a short drive away, but was so secluded, private and quiet that sometimes we forgot where we were. Highly recommend!!
