Nothing

My husband and I arrived at the property on March 30, 2026, leaving our luggage but not staying overnight. On March 31, 2026, we stayed at the property for the first time and immediately discovered the following conditions: • The bathroom shower basin was heavily soiled with dirt, mold residue, and unidentifiable stains. • The toilet seat was covered with scattered fecal matter and urine staining throughout. • The microwave interior was badly corroded, stained with food residue and rust, and entirely unusable for food preparation. • The gas stove burner was covered in burnt-on grease, carbonized food deposits, and rust. • The closets contained disorganized personal belongings and debris left by the prior occupant, including a broken vacuum cleaner, loose clothing, and general refuse. • There was no functioning internet connection, we had to connect through a public wi-fi at our own expense. • There was no television. • There were no basic kitchen utensils adequate for two adults during a month-long stay — a condition explicitly implied by the listing. On April 1, I contacted the property manager through the Booking.com platform to report these conditions. The manager acknowledged the complaints and promised to arrange cleaning services and to replace the non-functional microwave. On the morning of April 2, 2026, when I woke up I discovered that my arm was covered in clusters of red bites — consistent with bedbug infestation. Given the bedbug infestation — a documented public health hazard — we had no choice but to vacate the property immediately on April 2, 2026. We have since relocated to a hotel for the period April 2 – April 30, 2026. All of our clothing and luggage contents required emergency laundering at a commercial laundromat, at our expense, due to the risk of infestation spread. Today, April 5th t saw a medical doctor to obtain clinical documentation of the bedbug bites and any associated treatment.

Good place for the money, there is parking, quiet and clean.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the landlords who met me halfway and, taking into account my family circumstances (my fiancée's serious illness), agreed to return the entire rent, even though this was not stipulated in the rental agreement.
