Inside the flat was what I expected, however, the apartment block itself is not well kept. Sewers!!!

Nice quality linens Close to the beach Close to a variety of eateries

Building had leaking and completely broken sewer pipes (one of which was at my parking bay There were an AWFUL LOT of rules to follow - it almost felt like a dormitory experience! The lift was aged and at one point wasn't level with the ground and my elderly mother tripped getting inside

The location is perfect and they send you loadshedding schedule before your arrival we enjoyed our stay❤️

Quite clean and spacious for a family. also safe for an only female trip

it’s quite far from things to do around Margate. so you have to save up a lot of money to find activities to do around there

Wonderful stay

Unit management staff is friendly and quick to respond to any situation. They give daily updates of load shedding schedes. We had nice stay

I wasn't told there will be water cut off time though it didn't took too long.

.I love this place becauce its safe and the fact we could partly have the seaview. This place is very neat. It has new furniture and bedding.

I didn't like the fact that gabbage was kept in the corner next to the elevator, it was very unsightly.
