I love how different it was. The man at the front desk was super helpful & nice.
I didn’t like the simple fact that the people who clean did not bother to check if the covers for the pullout were used previously from who last stayed in the room I was in. It was all out of place & they were dirty. I had to go down stairs to get them replaced. He was very helpful in assisting me in replacing them with no problem. Also some of the cups were dirty. It was like they didn’t really inspect the room.

Very clean quiet and the guy was amazing forget his name great customer services we were there Jan 13 and stay til January 15 my husband and I appreciate the guy that made sure we was ok the whole stay u are greatly appreciated

It was clean that's the most important part. It was spacious and the staff was a good help.
Honestly the pricing is getting to high. I stayed for a family 1 night getaway with my toddlers and it's was a bit pricey.

The staff especially Michael was exceptional! Extremely courteous and helpful. The facility was clean, warm and welcoming. My parents both in their late 80’s were celebrating their 61st Wedding Anniversary and wanted to get away for a few days . It was perfect for them! They felt safe and comfortable and we were happy and at peace to know they were comfortable!!! They can’t stop talking about how nice everyone and everything was and are already trying to figure out when they can come back!! Truly a hidden Gem! Thanks again Michael ! You represent well!!

The suite is very spacious. Very clean. Overall the hotel has a positive appeal
The description on booking.com is bit misleading around the breakfast information. We were under impression that the breakfast is included only with certain suites (per description). We ended up booking a more expensive suite just because of that. However, the breakfast was available and included for all guests. We could have saved money by booking a cheaper suite and still get breakfast
