The view was lovely. Bathroom and garden were nicely renovated. Staff were available to support and responsive. The space was clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils etc however no sponge was provided or long life milk (standard inclusions for 99% of rentals).
Lack of suitable heating - one small electric heater and two tiny oil heaters completely insufficient for the space. Even with the two additional oil heaters brought in, the accommodation was still freezing. Not suitable for children in winter.
Bed mattress was soft and bed frame very old and creaky.
The kitchen and lounge are dated, somewhat misrepresented in the photos.
Access instructions were not accurate - it's not clear from the address in the booking confirmation that it's actually one of the far chalets at the back of the Yallingup Forest Resort.
