The friendly staff and assistance with our check-in request. Everyone was helpful. The rooms exceeded expectations, and so did the rest of the facilities. Unwinding by the boma, the kids having the time of their lives with the play area and animals. Absolutely awesome 👌.
Noting to dislike. We were party of 6 and everyone only had praise for the great accommodation.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, which made our stay very enjoyable.
The only suggestion I have is to consider offering a breakfast option, as this would make the overall experience even better.

Friendly reception. Quick and painless to book in, especially after travelling for quite a distance. The service made me book another night.
The wifi was sufficient, but could, in honesty, be a bit faster / more stable.
