Stumble Beach - Quiet & Private 2-Acre Retreat on Lake Ontario
Questo cottage e la proprietà è ideale per singoli o famiglie che cercano un ambiente privato e che amano essere vicino alla natura. Un graduale lunga 200 ft spiaggia pietrosa fornisce un facile accesso al lago Ontario per il nuoto, snorkeling, pesca o il lancio di kayak / canoe. Loved the quiet location and secluded feel of the property. Tom, the owner, could not have been more courteous and helpful to us during our stay. The property is very well equipped and has so many nice and practical touches! It truly made the stay feel like home. This property has a little something for everyone. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

When I was looking for pet friendly rentals in the area, I saw quite a few but kept going back to Stumble Beach. I'm glad I listened to my gut because it was a wonderful find. The pictures do not do this justice in that it has to be seen in person. When my husband and I got down to the lake we were amazed and just let out a collective "WOW!". Tom's (the host) description was super accurate. The cottage is beautiful and he has thought of everything. The path to the lake is very whimsical, especially when the lights come on. You almost feel like fairies will start flitting about. Tom was there to greet us and was very thorough about the stay at the cottage. He was very quick to respond to any questions or issues we may have had. We were there in mid-October from Sunday to Sunday. We had brought food in a cooler and I'm glad we did because a lot of the restaurants were closed at the beginning of the week (if you don't mind fast food, there are places a short drive away). The peacefulness and tranquility were just what we needed to get away from the daily grind. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks again Tom for sharing your wonderful cottage/property. It's a little piece of heaven. Tom, you are a most gracious host!

I have been renting cottages & cabins thru VRBO since 2012.And in all sincerity, I have never had a cottage that offered such an amazing mixture of magic, whimsy, charm and solitude, coupled with all the accoutrements of a 5 Star Luxury Hotel.My stay was such a wonderful experience that I'm planning on booking again for next year.
