Kuwait Continental Hotel

Its really clean and neat

Nothing

Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast staff were especially polite and cooperative. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant overall.

There were a few things that I did not like about the hotel. First, the air freshener smell was very strong and unpleasant, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we first arrived, I asked the staff if the floor was a smoking floor because I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. The staff member told me that it was the smell of the air freshener. The smell was very unpleasant and should definitely be changed. Second, we stayed on the 8th floor, while the restaurant was located on the 9th floor. We could hear every movement and noise coming from above, which was very disturbing, especially during sleeping hours and very early in the morning. Better soundproofing or avoiding assigning rooms directly below the restaurant would significantly improve the experience.

GReat breakfast! Nice location across the street from the park. The restaurant had a nice buffet

It's a bit of a strange neighborhood...

Clean, good breakfast buffet and good location

"Terrible service and completely inexperienced staff. From the moment we parked to ordering room service, everything took forever. Simple requests like a blanket or basic shower gel were either ignored or delayed. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi is practically unusable, and the TVs in both rooms couldn't connect to the internet. Definitely not a hospitality-focused establishment."
