We travelled to go to a gig in the Roundhouse across the road, so the location was absolutely perfect and a real selling point. But having stayed there, we would've chosen the hotel on it's own even if a bit further afield. Lovely staff that were there when you needed them and out of the way otherwise. The breakfast was delicious in a dedicated pub-restaurant open to and obviously a part of the local scene. We had a fabulous time!

Friendly and helpful staff. They responded quickly to any queries I had before the day, including accessibility questions. The room and bathroom were very clean and just right for what we needed. We were going to The Roundhouse, so the location could not have been any better.

Room clean, comfortable and quiet. Good aircon. Bathroom v modern.
Staff friendly. Breakfast (pay extra for) good value.
Good location v near to Chalk Farm tube station. Great for 1 night stay.
Modern decor of purples and black made the hotel quite dark in corridors.

Clean, good location.
I booked a twin room for me and a friend to stay in and was given a double. When I complained they said the twin/double was interchangeable and I should have been emailed to ask my preference. Nowhere on the booking does it say this and I was never emailed. My booking said standard twin room. I was told it was fully booked so there was nothing they could do. Check out was at 11am yet 10:30 the maid walked into my room without my consent, I was on the toilet and had to shout to get her to leave.
