Very spacious comfortable well designed rooms. Great food all day. Loved to pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Short walk to modern shopping mall. Would have loved to stay longer.
Very little to dislike. Could do without poolside smoking. A full length mirror in room would be nice.

This hotel is a good location and we got a taxi easily into Old Town Phuket, our reason for visiting the area.
This is a basic, inner city feel type hotel. It has the potential to be a modern, cool hotel but it just falls short. Staff weren’t particularly friendly compared to everywhere else we stayed, although the front desk were helpful to us when we needed a taxi early in the morning, rooms felt just a little bit unclean and tired and the breakfast was almost inedible.
